Fan Art Submission Process Changes
Written by Rachel on October 5, 2021
Greetings!
We wanted to let you know about an important change to how we collect fan art submissions featured here on our weekly web galleries on critrole.com. Previously, sharing your art on Twitter or Tumblr using the hashtag #CriticalRoleFanArt would flag it for us for curation. As the fan art community has grown and spread across platforms, we’ve found this process has become a bit complicated and unreliable. So, in an effort to streamline, we need to change things up.
Moving forward and starting with our 10/21 gallery, we will only feature art submitted using our handy form at critrole.com/submit. Using this form will allow us to properly credit you AND to ensure that the art that is being submitted is sent from the person who actually created it.
We encourage you to continue to use that wonderful #CriticalRoleFanArt hashtag as it’s a great way to find and share your art outside of our website (and, of course, find marvelous new artists to follow!).
Our fan art galleries are published every Thursday morning at 8am Pacific at critrole.com and you can check out our previous fan art galleries by clicking here.
Thank you so much for your support! We understand that this is an extra step for many and can’t wait to share your wonderful art here on our website for many years to come.
