We hope you’re ready for some socially-distant digital hugging, because Critter Hug is returning for Episode 2 in an all-new format! It’s still the same show that you barely got a taste of, seeking to spread love around our TTRPG community by highlighting creators, game stores, projects, and so much more, but with a new style.

For the current times, Critter Hug will be a long-form conversational show streaming on Twitch. We don’t have a set release schedule at the moment, but we’re excited to spread love as often as we’re able. The show is recorded with hosts Matthew Mercer and Mica Burton bantering safely from their homes through the wonders of the internet. As Matt and Mica spotlight projects and businesses, they may be joined by the creators themselves for special interviews, so you can get to know some of the faces and personalities fueling our wonderful community!

Critter Hug is all about spreading the love around, and we’re hoping you’ll hop in! Please join us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram using #CritterHug to send your love to the Game Master who got you started, the designer whose work inspired you, the local game store that’s always been there for you, or whoever you feel deserves a word of appreciation. Our first episode back focuses primarily on spotlighting Black creators, designers, and businesses in our community. This Critter Hug episode airs Tuesday, August 25th at 4pm Pacfic on Twitch and is immediately available as a VOD for our Twitch subscribers. The VOD will also be on YouTube Thursday, August 27th.
