Ed Lopez is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for building and operating the Critical Role business. Previously, he was the VP of Strategy and Operations at Legendary Digital Networks where he was responsible for the product strategy, lifecycle and P&L for Alpha. He led multiple initiatives to support the Alpha service and platform including content programming, Live and VOD production, customer support, subscription, video encoding, content management, graphic design, usability/beta testing, engineering and quality assurance. His extensive experience includes working at Fortune 500 and startup companies on product development, ecommerce, marketing, business growth, strategy and organizational design. In his spare time, he eats Chef Boyardee out of the pot and misses Saturday morning cartoons. He also enjoys workouts, unconventional conversations and speculates in the crypto and financial markets.
