Third Person is heading to Excalibur Con! Our beloved Midst Cosmos creators are traveling to Duluth, Minnesota on August 15th-16th to share their extra-cosmic talents in not one, not two, but THREE different events!
Event #1 – How to Ruin Everything: Third Person on Conflict, Mishap, and Catastrophe in Storytelling.
WHO: Third Person – Matt Roen, Sara Wile, and Xen
WHAT: They say stories need conflict, but how do you know how bad it should be or even what it is? Join Third Person (Creators of the Midst Cosmos) in a conversation about stories gone sideways, making terrible things happen to your beloved characters, and how to balance catastrophe with fun in games, fiction, and more from the perspective of storytellers who do just that.
WHEN: Saturday, August 15th, 3pm to 4pm

Event #2 – “The Ex-Cons” One-Shot
WHO:
Game Master: Matías Valero
Players: Crystal Lee, Robert Lee, and Third Person (Matt Roen, Sara Wile, and Xen)
WHAT: A fast-paced, fun romp through an out-of-this-world convention where anything is possible.
WHEN: Saturday, August 15th, 6:30PM-7:30PM
WHERE: French River Room 1
Event #3 – Worldbuilding and Storytelling in Imaginative Settings.
WHO: Matías Valero, Renee Devereux, Matt Roen, Sara Wile, and Xen
WHAT: Third Person (creators of the Midst Cosmos) join with Matías Valero (Twin Portals) and Renee Devereux (Dragons, Dungeons & Drinks) to discuss tips, tricks, and best practices for weaving a story together with community, characters, and situations, whether at the game table or in the recording booth.
WHEN: Sunday, August 16th, 12pm to 1pm
