HYPE: Fall Programming Schedule

It’s a brand new season, and Marisha and team have been hard at work on bringing you an incredible slate of programming to enjoy, including a brand new miniseries set in the supernatural Wild West, a whole boatload of video game streams (based on some of the classic RPGs that shaped who we are today), and the return of some popular favorites.
But first, a housekeeping note: There will not be a normal weekly episode of Critical Role on Thursday, October 3rd and there will not be an episode of Talks Machina on Tuesday, October 8th.
Also of note: Travis Willingham’s Yee-Haw Game Ranch will continue to air every other Tuesday on Twitch. Outside of our brief hiatus on October 3rd and October 8th, Critical Role and Talks Machina will continue to air per usual on Thursdays and Tuesdays respectively.
And now, on to our brand new programming schedule!
UNDEADWOOD
Premieres on Twitch on Friday, October 18th at 7pm Pacific (VOD released on YouTube on Sundays)
Join Game Marshall Brian W. Foster as he runs a four-part episodic saga utilizing the Deadlands Reloaded RPG system set in the not-so-sleepy town of Deadwood, where rumors of supernatural happenings and illegal mining activity have come to a head. An unlucky group of citizens are brought together to fight an evil they’ve never encountered — and will fight to save their very souls in the process.
Brian will be joined by an incredible cast of characters including Marisha Ray, Matthew Mercer, Khary Payton, Anjali Bhimani, Travis Willingham and Ivan Van Norman as The Bartender.
UnDeadwood was created and produced with so much heart by Brian W. Foster and the mega-talented Ivan Van Norman. Check out our trailer for UnDeadwood below.

EVERYTHING IS CONTENT: MAGIC: THE GATHERING ARENA
Premieres on Twitch on Thursday, September 26th at 4pm Pacific
The love for Magic: The Gathering runs deeps around these parts, and we’re excited to bring you a special episode of Everything is Content in which Matthew Mercer and Sam Riegel step behind the keyboard and mouse to play the PC version of one of our favorite strategy games. Our Magic: The Gathering Arena episode of Everything is Content is sponsored by our friends at Wizards of the Coast and will air at 4pm Pacific on Thursday, September 26th. VOD will be available immediately for our Twitch channel subscribers and will hit our YouTube channel on Saturday, September 28th.

If you’re not familiar, Paranoia is a classic dystopian sci-fi RPG in which disobeying Friend Computer, which controls all, is considered an act of treason. We’re excited to check out the PC version of this historically epic game.

During our record-breaking Kickstarter campaign for our upcoming animated series, Critical Role: The Legend of Vox Machina, we offered a special, unannounced $10M stretch goal: taking our own resident scaredy-cat, Travis Willingham, on a creepy jaunt through a haunted house… and filming the entire thing for your own amusement.
You’ll be able to watch a grown man weep with fear on our YouTube channel on Thursday, October 10th.

The incredibly-talented Babs Tarr will be returning as the coolest art teacher in the universe for a second season of Pub Draw! This season, join Marisha and Babs as they explore new art techniques for both analog and digital work AND we’ll continue to bring in special guest students to help teach you anything and everything about creating your own masterpieces.
Our very first guest is none other than Reani herself: the marvelous Mica Burton!

MINI PRIMETIME

Did you snag a set of our Vox Machina and Mighty Nein minis but need a little bit of guidance with getting all of these bad asses painted? Hark, we have you covered!
Join Will Friedle each Wednesday starting October 30th on our YouTube channel for Mini Primetime — a miniature painting show for beginners and veterans alike in which Will teaches the cast of Critical Role how to paint their Mighty Nein minis. Each episode will focus on specific techniques — like fades, small detail work, and creating a unique base — and will include a wide variety of mini glamour shots painted by our good friend Ian at Iron Tusk Painting.
DOOM ETERNAL ONE-SHOT

Yes, A DOOM ONE-SHOT (!!!), in partnership with Bethesda, led by our very own Matthew Mercer! We’re still working out all of the details for this one, so be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter accounts for more information.

ADVENTURES OF THE DARRINGTON BRIGADE LIVE SHOW
Premieres on Twitch on Friday, November 29th at 7pm Pacific
Join us as Sam Riegel steps back into his role as our favorite human artificer, Taryon Darrington, to lead a troupe of unlikely miscreants through a dangerous journey in search of glory! This means that the rest of the Critical Role cast (Travis Willingham, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Liam O’Brien, Laura Bailey) will be rolling up and playing BRAND NEW CHARACTERS! And, rest assured: our illustrious Dungeon Master, Matthew Mercer, will take his honored place behind the DM screen.
If you’re unable to make our live show in Austin, Texas on Saturday, November 23rd, we’ll livestream our special Taryon Darrington one-shot on our Twitch channel on Friday, November 29th at 7pm Pacific. Brian W. Foster’s one-on-one interview show, Between the Sheets, will be going on a brief hiatus. Have no fear: we hope to air new episodes in a more sporadic fashion as we continue to meet amazing storytellers along the way!
